Trying to switch to SquareSpace

Last week I’ve been on the vacation in the Emirates. Numerous post ideas were born there. However returning back had an unpleasant surprise: current hosting provider for this blog had some disk failures, lost files etc.

So I’ve decided to move over from the self-hosted Wordpress to the SquareSpace blogging platform (if I’ll be able to deal with all the issues of moving 180 posts to a different platform, while keeping existing incoming links valid).

I love everything about the company so far. They have been extremely helpful and responsive.

We’ll see how it goes.
